Materials: Botanical and essential oils of eucalyptus, rosemary, lavender, peppermint, tea tree, red thyme, and ravensara
Instructions: Simply open and breathe normally five to seven breaths. Recap jar when not actively using product
To use as a steam, add one shell full of herbal mixture with two cups of hot water into a bowl. Tent head with a towel, taking care not to disturb bowl. Breathe normally
